Grand Cerf is a ground-floor chalet apartment in peaceful Taconnaz, between Les Houches and Chamonix. Three en-suite bedrooms, flexible sleeping space and a private garden make it a practical base for families or friends travelling together.
Bedrooms that give families privacy
Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 sleeps four with one double bed and two single bunk beds, while Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have a double bed. That layout works well for two families, grandparents or a group of friends.
A shared space for meals and downtime
The open kitchen, dining area and living room keep everyone together without crowding the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with raclette and fondue sets plus Nespresso, drip-filter and French-press coffee makers.
Useful equipment for younger guests
A travel cot and high chair are available, along with a washing machine, bed linen and towels. The single-level interior has no internal stairs and there is one small step at the entrance.
A private garden in every season
The garden gives children and adults extra space outside, with mountain views, a barbecue and outdoor dining. It is private but not fully fenced, so younger children still need supervision.
Easy arrivals and valley connections
There are three private parking spaces and an EV charger. Local bus and train stops are around seven minutes away on foot, with Les Houches about five minutes and Chamonix about ten minutes away by car.

Bus and train stops are around seven minutes away on foot. A car can still be useful for some mountain days or larger shopping trips.
